College Life

    After graduating from Floydada, Cy Cowart traveled to Abilene, Texas to further his education.  At Hardin-Simmons Cy majored in History and minored in Physical Education.  At Hardin-Simmonds he also participated in football, were he was a STUD football player.

    Football was the only thing that Cy participated in, because he was so busy with his classes, then football on top of that was all that he could bear.  For the 2002 and 2003 seasons Cy coached wide receivers as a student coach.  The college experience for Cy was great.  Cy had plenty of great times at Hardin-Simmons.  When not at the dorm studying, you would sometimes find Cy down at the Student Center playing video games or shooting a game of pool.
