Background History

 

Mrs. Kieschnick has lived in Manheim for the past 29 years. To her, Manheim has been the best place that she has lived in, in awhile. There are five people included in her family, which she loves very much. Her favorite color is Purple, and she loves to listen to KTEX 106. In her spare time, she loves to work outdoors in the yard and in the barns with her family. Through her traveling experiences, she has gone out of the State of Texas to Mexico, Kansas, and Alabama.

 

 

 

 

 

Educational Background

 

When Mrs. Kieschnick was in High School, she attended Ballinger High School. After she graduated from High School, she decided to attend two different colleges that ended up being a total of 4 years. She attended Angelo State University and Southwest State University, and received a Bachelor-Science Degree. While attending college she took all types of Education Courses. She loved going to college so she could be a teacher and meet new people to hang out with. In doing so, she meet a great deal of friends in which she talks to them when she has spare time to do so.

 

 

 

 

 

Hobbies and Interests

 

Mrs. Kieschnick's favorite hobby is to work out in her yard. Also in her spare time, she loves to relax and watch baseball on T.V. when she has time to do so. Mrs. Kieschnick did not get to play any sports in Grade School since the school she attended did not have sports to play. The two different interests that she had was going to 4-H activities and do farm work. When she is away from school she likes to be with her family as much as possible.

 

 

 

 

 

                         Courses Taught         

 

The courses that Mrs. Kieschnick is able to help students in is everything except foreign language though she attempts it. There are sometimes when there is rude students that come into the learning lab she says but they do not get away with acting up. She also gets a conference period every week although it rotates every week.

 

 

 

 

                       History at GHS         

 

Mrs. Kieschnick has taught at Giddings High School for 29 years now. She said, "if she is ever allowed to, she would like to get a bigger room so she could fit more students in her room." She also gets to see more students than teachers being in the room she is in now.

 

 

 

 

Extracurricular Events

 

Mrs. Kieschnick in the past years has taught UIL. One of the UIL events she taught was spelling in which she loved doing. Also Mrs. Kieschnick is the BETA sponsor this year and many in the past. She said, "In Beta Club she enjoyed being in the crowd of students and what they do."

 

 

 

 

 

Extra

 

Mrs. Kieschnick did not attend any other school besides Ballinger High School.

Beyond living in Lee County, Mrs. Kieschnick live in Runnels County.

If she could travel anywhere in the world she would go to Hawaii.
